Visual stimuli experimentation at Sydney University on cats and Primates

Its about our visual stimuli
and cats were thought to be
ideal for experimentation
with connections evidently
between its brain and its neurons
and this is why some say
the need for invasive surgery
for which the animals pay
removal of part of the skull
and the nerves into the eye
restrained in a stereo taxic device
something they apply
its a horrible contraption
it never should be used
its frighteningly obvious
that the victims are abused
they then apply relaxants
and a general anaesthetic
they then dilate the pupils
supposedly synergetic
as to the welfare of the victims
for clearly they are not
patients they are victims
their pain I am sure is not
only within their bodies
but deeply in their minds
how they think and how they feel
and how it underlines
their relationship with humans
who dare to do such things
who carelessly now harm them
really just what that brings
into their very psyche
the miasma of it all
the fright the fear
it must be clear
is out there in the wings
the relaxant will distort it all
you wont see a true result
to be so disregarded
must just be a huge insult
