Awelfa it was once called but now we renamed it Rhiannon’s Place

Awelfa it once

was called by that name

Now Rhiannon’s place

it be

Overlooking  the town of Dolgellau

stone faced from the forests it came

Awelfa   its timber construction

standing it be by design
thats it’s claim

on the hill top up yonder

in that massive rock strata

The same

it outshines  so much that’s around it,

Snowdonia’s wonders we see

Slates shaved in wondrous profusion

sheep dotted about they all be

restlessly chomping on grass every hour

the evergreen trees, each thistle each flower

rocks back and forth

Good honest power

Roses  magnolia Cherry and more

the poets eyes

the

word salad galore.

Cadre Idris  is high on the

eye line
dancing with clouds every day

myriad masterful moments

From the glorious land of the  fey.
