How hypothetical is it really?

Tis said it’s hypothetical
Low doses don’t amount
To much, that’s what it’s often said
Low doses do not count
But this mis-information
Is tragically now floored
So needs investigation
For facts can’t be ignored

Skolnick said in 95
And Hulka too, the same
Background radiation
Might appear too tame
But coupled with the under mineralisation
Of our food
It becomes more serious
And needs, however crude
It must really then be looked at
For everybody may
Be exposed, yes everyone
Every single day

That there is now no safe dose
No threshold dose let’s say
Meaning cancer could become
More rampant every day
So more genetic molecules
Will damage single cells
Turning them malignant
Not hearing alarm bells
Ionising radiation hits our DNa
Our double helix gets it
And then of course we pay.
