Cold weather payment

Labours out there tightening screws
Cold weather payments will
Be cancelled out
Without a doubt
That is going to kill
Older people definitely
Already energy
Is costing far too much
We know
The boss of gas is free
To pay himself too bloody much
Employing telephone staff
In South Africa
Really Labour is out of touch

Reality is not a word
That all these bright sparks know
They cut their cloth
On finer stuff
Wages alone do grow
Expenses every which way
And not the OAP’s
We Are getting slammed
For Christmas
Come join the ruddy freeze

It will be means tested
Starmers gang of three
Out there listening to chattering teeth
And blue hands
If they be
Having to switch the heating off
It could affect their heart
But Starmer hasn’t got a clue
