Lambs

Hop and skip lambs
Playful they be
Laughing and leaping
So so happy

Farmers are out there
Waiting , that chill
Lambing. It’s grabbing
We need to kill

Sell off our babies
Take off their skin
Slit their sweet throats
Despite the din

The other make waiting their turn
