Deforested

Beef from deforested
Areas we see
Brazil gets a lasting
Why should this be
Unethical business
It’s just everywhere
And some meat processors
Just fail to care

Brazilian Beef
Inland wetlands destroyed
The Pantanal regions
Whose overjoyed
Not me I am. A vegan
Fifty six years
Some markets in the UK
Use a JBS tears
From my eyes this corporate
Dealing in meat
JBS zone of the biggest
We meet

Richmond and fridge raiders
Get everywhere
In the vegan counters
Brings me such despair
Pilgrims Pride chickens
They are just everywhere
It’s sadness personified
That news I share.
