Cows and horses
Innately know
What is good
And let’s say Low and behold
The magic of the greener field
Purposeful it’s about true yield
Within their focus
Nutritions rise
Herbage startles
Deep inside
Natural grasses
Herbs and plants
Their equilibrium
Not down to chance
The university of life
Animals work night and day
Feeling exhausted
Feeling sublime
Needing, and wanting
It’s a climb
Out of weariness possibly
Natural balances certainly
Animals know they select all they
Need from the herbage every day
Cage them, feed them in a zoo
And animals then are clueless too
God given nutrition, lost they be
On the arrogance of humanity
Human beings profit based
Zoological factors faced
Corporate balances broken down
In profit and loss the animals drown
Humanity must Now look and learn
Really muster the true concern
Watch wild creatures watch them well
It’s not by chance it’s their magic spell
Woven soulful suggesting they
Are up to the science of living this way
Farm animals pigs and sheep and goats
Improve internally and their coats
Flourish in a commanding way
Their thickness and quality every day
Draws strength and protection
From what they eat
From ears of corn and sheaths of wheat
Clover and plantain and dandelion
Pineapple weed it’s love divine
Horses spectacularly choose the green
Take their nutrition no machine
They are heavenly souls with an innate charm
To consume their need which will never harm
Their overall workings sublimely they
Are born with the gift of nutrition each day.
Take the giant Orca wild and free
Thrown in a tank incessantly
No ocean life their innate gift
Nullified by humanities rift
Frozen fish dead and left
In icy tanks routinely bereft
Of the freshness needed
Bacteria wise
Where Sea Worlds miasmic shit applies
Animals living ninety years
Will die in five
A wealth of tears
Internal losses day by day
Arrogance and ignorance
Ours I say.
