Occupation and loss of land

Palestine has suffered long
Our castle smashed
A total wrong
Forced out of Gaza
By those who
Occupy that’s what they do
Settlers, all robbing knaves
Knock on our doors
Tear up our graves
Rip through our streets
Their stench we draw
Leaving our hearts
Broken for sure

Expecting we
Sit back and let
These rotten sods
Just decide to get
What we have worked for
All our days
Ugly retorts
And little praise

So we attacked the corner fought
Invaded them
Took them to court
Fought the good fight
Took hostages too
Took back some courage
It was what to do

And they came at us
Stealing light
Stabbing and killing
Days became night
Bombing and lobbing
Bombs around
Gaza demolished on the ground

So many dying
Torn to bits
Dragged en masse
By the torrid shits
Who killed our families
One by one
Made us pay
For what we had done

Thousands bleeding
Scrunched up souls
Beaten black and blue
Our roles
Angels burning grimly concerning
Tragically turning
Soulfully yearning.
