Dog dragged behind car man charged

Wearing an animal
That’s hiding his face
Torturing his dog
What a disgrace
Not going to prison
How can that be
What had the dog done
It’s a travesty
Imagine the pain
Skin scraped away
A mendacious creep
That’s what I say
