Spider

On the cornice she sat
As black as the ace
Of spades eight long legs
A body with hair
Yes I could see her
Was she watching me
Do spiders poop
Will it fall down on me
Funny such feelings
On opening my eyes
Seeing her grotesquely ugly
In fact
Could she use silk to
Come even closer
Dare I close my eyes
Goodness what might she do
