Looking after new borns
Nothing could be worse
A trusted caring supposedly soulful
Women who it appears
Set about to murder babies
Due to her inner fears

When questioned proclaimed her innocence
All these children killed
Fed with air and too much milk
She was so aware
All these babies dying
Convinced the hospital she
Has set out to murder tham
At her trial we can agree

Mentally unstable a note
Found at her place
How fearful she felt inadequate
In herself such a disgrace
Blame their deaths on sewerage
On filth and unsanitary
But after police were called in
The truth remarkably

Abandoning her principles
She set to work to kill
All these precious infants
And do it at her will
A monster in a nurses guise
Will now serve her time
A fearfully violent women
