Water and responsibility

Shit in our rivers
Shut in the sea
High water rates
So seemingly
Privately run
Which is clearly seen
As a bloody insult
I mean it’s obscene

Companies bankrupt
But earning a lot
Shareholders dividends
Each has a pot
But shit in the rivers
Shit in the sea
Building brown sandcastles
It seems to me

Chalk streams feed rivers
White swans and ducks
Fishes and swimming
This whole business sucks
Our beautiful countryside
Ruined each day
Shit in the rivers
Add some more it’s okay
