The killing tracks

Jockeys punters hangers on
Tortured horses out upon
The racetrack all the clamour they
Are made to race whipped away
Crowds of gamblers taunt and shout
They don’t understand what’s it’s all about
Horses having to run and run
Till their legs give out
And they are done
