Atrial flutter

We need realisation
The truest of deeds
Whatever we worked at
That it now leads
Us into the quagmire
The squall and the rain
Teeming upon us
With nothing to gain
Our measly savings
Was frittered away
New clothes best forget them
Now having to pay
Vast sums of money
To put off the freeze
Go to bed in thick trousers
That protect your knees
Do not fall from the bed
For the heart might give out
Atrial flutter heart pills no doubt
No matter what comfort
The energy bill
Is dauntingly steep
The most awful of chill
