Wisteria studio
The blue sky above
Part of the bijou
A nest made with love
Close to the great hedge
Where the larder is live
Midges and spiders
Help us survive
It’s all very convenient
Just a short flight
Our crops soon get full up
And the chicks
Think it’s right.
Alive and sweet tasting
On, kbreeze swept bowers
In the big garden
Where the cat sits for hours
Listening to our chatter
Frustrated no doubt
Hearing our chip churps
As we dart about.
