Wild natural vegetation

Nutritious nettles and Dandelion
Goose foot gloriously outshine
Mineral rich tasting sublime
In season their vibration fine
Don’t speak to me of food inflation
These are freely born creation
Macrobiotic synergy
We can do research and better be
Cooked or raw do not ignore
The godly sown magically grown
Vitamin rich ask any witch
Medicinally nutritious they
Energy giving Come what May.
