Geronimo the Alpaca
Left this earth we hear
Despite the Alpaca Angels
It all seemed very clear
He came all the way from New Zealand
To the farm in Gloucestershire
Was loved and was look after
But enter government fear
Bovine TB the culprit
Like the Badgers it was clear
Geronimo was ailing
And it did appear
He would have to be put down
It was sure
4 vets and 10 coppers
The family they did ignore
bTB is so serious they had to
Shut him down
Pull his feet from under him
With this sickness he would drown

Abuse was all he got

Came along for the ride

Dragged off into a horse box
Driven off somewhere
Murdered a simple shot away
In rapturous despair
He sadly died not with his friends
That was how he had to die
