Beating a camel is a pointless exercise

A camel lives on little
Contentment is his thing
He is very responsive
To what his life will bring
He is careful he is frugal
His intentions are to be
Restful when he chooses
To act belligerently

At being beaten
And why not
Wouldn’t you be
