Brambles

It be a common and garden bramble
Waste ground scrambler knotted wild
Caught my stockings tore my ankle
Dug it’s thorns deep down inside
I was forced to stand my ground
And suffer I can say
Bloodied by the angry, spiteful
Vile and ignorant display
Really gave me aggravation
Piqued and embittered that was me
Rooted in the Ashridge forest
Rampaging disagreeably.
