Racing Horses

Racing Horses
Ugly forces
Selfish violence
What we see
Ugly faces
Awful races
Bullying
It’s how they be

Undone and broken
For some token
A silver cup
The winning post
Ominous music
Ugly shadows
King and country
Some one knows
Round up toxins
Dry the green straw
Imbalanced sinews
Glycine too
Glyphosate a
Silent killer
Does what other
Foods can’t do

Racing Horses
Varied courses
Running
Jumping
Whips away
Jockeys
Abuse them
Often lose them
Winning matters
So they say

racing Horses
Ugly forces
Selfish violence
Broken limbs
Sweat and exhaustion
Awesome matters
Falling shatters
Death comes quickly
horses pay
