Cows are their own doctors

All sorts of medicines
Given to me
gives me the runs
Nothing naturally
Dandelion clover even fresh grass
I am kept in the barn
And I have a sore arse
Plantain and fungi
Are herbs I can choose
But kept locked away
That healing i lose.
