Cancers growing inside the farm animals

People eat those poor animals
The Meat Trade and Butchers say nowt
They see many growths many cancers
Perhaps in a way they just doubt
It matters for humans to eat them
All victims of dastardly ill
Suffering terrible agony
And slaughtered against their true will
