Avian flu and wild birds and turkeys

The beautiful turkeys
And avian flu
Despite wandering pheasants
And red Grouse it’s true
All birds must be inside
The shooters will say
Less lead is fired
And the brave birds will pay
Stuffed in the ovens
With pork meat and sage
And suet and mincemeat
And Boxing Day rage
