Do joggers ever think about chocolate

joggers pound the pavements

Easter Monday they

hope to work the chocolate off

eaten yesterday

the cacao came from Africa

slave children  working overtime

kidnapped so they say

in Mali and Burkino Faso

every single day

machetes heavy bundles

its what the children do

the jogger sports her adidas

the weight she hopes to lose

sinews taut and  exhausted

if the  Africans could choose

they wouldnt work no more

back to their homes

and never slave again

that I am sure

the great big corporations

are profitting a deal

for slavery is a menace

yes Slavery is REAL
