its now everywhere

the need on our leather

if we are to succeed

all of these chemicals

reach out beyond

the tannery the river

Stuff can abscond

to poison and mess with

the swans and the  ducks

the coots and the herons

all this shit sucks

boots and shoes these days

tanning and dyeing

finishing dON’t  argue

just stop the  lying.
