Councillors with
Urbanite audacity
Unknowingly breach
Laws of wildness, they
Imagine their importance
Usurp the will of people
They are unconscious
Spirits and their way
Out of a predicament
Is killing
Deviousness the order of their day
The Fox and all his relations
In fact the urban fox
Is not the shabby creature
That they say
Brave and characterful
And honest constancy
Chased and hunted every single day
These councillors are immoral their injustice
Is venal in a most upsetting way
We have to fight for them
For they are angels
The forests need them
Such unsullied knights
We have to fight
The most corrupt of humans
For otherwise
We all will lose the lights
Emanating downwards from the morning sky
Sending all the positives that we
Need to fuel our senses
We are mending fences
Dependent on the shrubs
And every tree
Sentinels that guard us
With their shadows
Drawing strength from deep down
In the sod
Foxes are the angels and we must
give them our mercy
ensuring they are
Closer to their God
