Cows

Just shy of a billion
Cattle in this world
One and a half million Last year in the U.K.
Were hurled
screaming
Into the slaughterhouse
Imagine the blood and gore.the tears the fears
For the ungulate dears
It’s worse than any war

In Brazil we have lost the rainforests
The biodiversity
animals birds and insects.trillions actually
All created every one a miracle a gift
When each cow produces 100 kg each year
Of the damaging methane
Multiply and it’s clear

The planet it is suffering
The cows are suffering too
30 to 50 gallons a day
That’s a massive loo
The agony the cows put up with
In dairies everywhere
Raped gave birth watch their calves die
Terrible despair

River seas and oceans
Health and habit loss
They talk of CULL but it’s murder
Whether you care a toss
Or not I say the poor old cow
Suffer remarkably
Stressed out by the experience
Too many cows there be

In 2019 1.478350 cows were murdered just in the U.K.
Every soul died in agony a mother who deserved so much more
