PARIS TODAY

Despite viral threats
And of course the five g
The Patiots march in France
Where we see
The black leather aggressors
Walking backwards away
From the people with flags
On this greyish March day

Drums, spoken voices
Macrons picture and more
We feel there’s a core
Of patriotism of Spring that’s been sprung
Smoke bombs and hollering
Really among

The armies of people
Cajoled by the cops
Robotic robo’s
who pull out their stops
Paris erupts and the great EU
And our admiration
Is now with all of YOU

As the police change the mood
Ramp up the fire
Hit back with truncheons
and more desire
All little hitlers
Tough when in groups
Who single our protest
Then loop their loops

Strop, anger, aggression
The mood changes fast
RUPTLY IS THERE
The die is cast

The people stay strong
Arms in the air
Shouting their slogans
They don’t fucking care
But you feel the indifference
And lack of zeal
Biased as hell
And ridicule

The people need Kettling
and a big show
Truncheons and viziers
Blow after blow
A snap shot of Paris
Just ordinary folk
Up against the helmeted gestapo’s
Who choke
The peaceful persuasion
The merrriment there
Which They charge with their show of force And more despair.
