Imagine falling down a hole
And landing in a pile
Of sewage in the darkness
Of ourse that so vile
To contemplate the feeling
Underneath the ground
To have fallen into a septic tank
And Luckily not to have drowned
Then the realisation
That you would have to stand
To drown there in raw sewage
Every single gland within
Your system reeking
How frightening it would be
Knowing you would die there
And no one
hear your plea
Somebody did hear though
And animal aid were called
They realised the problem
It needed to be hauled
Out of there
A problem
The hole was much too small
So they had to get some drills
And drill the concrete
And the wall
Six of them were on hand
To put a ladder through
Climb down fix a rope
Around the donkey
And then to do
, each took a hand to
Lift the animal out and
Bring him to
the surface
So that he could infact stand
Which he coukd do
By himself no injuries
To speak of only shock
They Took him to the hospital
Cleaned him what a rock
He was entirely healthy
From the care and love
They gave
And seemed Aware of all the problems
That it took really to save
Him he started eating
Hay immediately
And drinking he was hungry
And so happy to be
In the courtyard with other
Donkeys recuperating too
Animal aid unlimited
His angel dream come true
Rajastan India
A band of street angels
Who give their lives
To
Street animals every single day
