A full length fur coat

35 foxes trapped by their legs
The agony shock and despair
A steel leg trap
Just Left in a run
By some crazy whose not aware
Of the obnoxious nature
Of leaving
Of the hurtfulness
And abject pain
This a wild soul with
Cubs in the earth
The stress that drives
Mothers insane

And what’s it about All this evil
A few quid
Thats all that they get
Added together
It pays for a coat
It’s cringeworthy
Really to set
A mark to be part
Of the killing
A mother whose babies will die
For a coat for some hag
To look worse than she thinks
Even if she gets into a jag

Her heartlessness
And her unfeeling
Is seen by the lot of us here
A wrong doer that’s plain and simple
And the poor fox is living with fear
Trying to just get away
From the trap pulling like hell
To be free
Trapping wild animals collecting rewards
Really should now never be.

A mink coat full length requires 55 dead minks
A seal coat 2–3 dead seals
A
Rabbit cost 30-40 dead rabbits
Chinchilla 200-250 dead chincilla

How anyone can be responsible for all these deaths
All this cruelty for a truly BLOODY coat beats me
