The three heroes in Preston prison

This is how they treat you
The government of the day
Lock you up for 15-16 months
And throw the key away
And what crime had you
Perpetuated
Lorry surfing where
Outside Cuadrilla’s
Mud hole
The frack site of despair

Where local women hung their ribbons
And some hung their bras’s
Everyone whose been locked on
Are truly the stars
Illuminating Lancashire
And all around the earth
Where corporate thugs
Are fracking
For all their bloody worth

Contaminating our water
Our air and if thats not a crime
Wasting so much water
How those figures climb
Five to ten million gallons
Of potable water they
Pump down bloody drill holes
With chemicals They dismay

Any thinking caring person
Anywhere they fracture shale
Which causes bloody earthquakes
A most horrific tale
The fracking water coming back
So toxic to believe
With cancer causing
Endocrine disruption
Yes I grieve

Total slime balls
Acting against all creation they
Are given knighthoods and accolades
And bonuses, they say
Our angels though
Are Imprisoned for christmas
far from free
Trying to
Save their communities
From the corporatocracy

This is modern day democracy in what we use to call
GREAT BRITAIN.
