The infamous English mud

In the cover of darkness
A phantom ship sails
From Hinkley Point Power
To Penarth in Wales
The good ship “SLOEBER”
(A puppy of sorts)
That can open her belly
And share all She sports

2000 tonnes of nuclear mud
From the Somerset Coast
Someones life blood
Disgorged in the sea
A mile from the shore
“Dust under the carpet and all that”
Whats more

The Labour party said nothing at all
Not even a wink no one did call
Anyone,it just well happened
With No one to stall
The tories from helping
The french get away
With the nuclear risks
That are all here to stay

They turn a blind eye
Thats what they do
The Vale of Glamorgan
Can bloody well chew
On the EDF remnants
Now out in the sea
In the Cardiff grounds
Where it just has to be

An advanced gas cooled reactor
Uranium enriched
Whats in the mud
What has been pitched
If its uranium
Then better be
Aware of its half life
And don’t swim in the sea

At the best its in millions
Of years and at worst Billions
Apparently we are all cursed
By their terrible arrogance
And ignorance too
Our children will pick up the pieces
A clue

To the grey suits illusion
And why they do this
Really and honestly
taking the piss
Radioactive dumped in the sea
Wales must be mad
To allow it to be

France will walk off
If problems occur
Because its been moved
So They will infer
Further contamination
Thats what they will say
So its Wales with the problem
Starting from today
