The Orangutans lament

These noble souls their suffering
Is greater than the need
To profit from the palm oil
Planted for the greed
That extends across Malaysia
And Indonesia too
The magnates with their mansions
And their hearts badly askew

Tearing great magical forests
With heritage plants galore
Created by Natures emotion
But still allocated for war
The indigenous people and creatures
Sacrificed without a thought
The great forests weep an eternity
Its their souls that the palm oil
Has bought

And now despite angels still trying
To safeguard a future we see
The magnates still slashing and burning
Tearing down every tree
They have no regard for the children
They have no regard for the soul
They are the monsters staking a place
In HELL that Nature will control

And i hope they suffer for what they have done
