JAPAN ICELAND and NORWAY
Whaling carries on some off the radar
JApan ofcourse is as blatant as can be
Painting research across its bows
Trying to fool the world at large
But murdering the whales so horribly
ICeland tends or so we hear
To flog the meat to tourists
They say the local people dont eat whale
any more
Most have better things to eat
And so its fed to new comers
All in the local eateries for sure
NORWAY is quietly researching possibilities
They hate the fact that whaling generally
Is frowned upon by people and so together
The three of them are hoping
to whale again
Officially
Whales are massive creatures as most people know
With vast amounts of blubber which can be
Turned into an oil and they have cartilage
Turned into chondroitin seems to me
Other uses can be found for whale oil
And they Are going all out in the hope
That they can get alternative markets established
And then approach the IWC with rope
Long enough to get perhaps a resumption
Vegans of this world wake up and see
Moisturisers,humectants,spermaceti and inulin
Oligosacchorides and omega 3
Animal feed another potential market
Japan cannot add whale in its pet food
But there are ways and means of getting around this
By Proving tangible benefits have accrued
Fish oil seal oil whale oil
Omega three be sure
Canadians with their seal slaughter
On the ice its more like war
The whales now from the infamous three
And fish oil everywhere
Its being used as food supplements
To me that is a scare
Eco friendly detergents
Whale oil products may
Be utilized in some of these
In candy bars they say
Golf balls hydraulic lubricants
Protoglycin too
Researching ways to use whale products
For those still clueless to
So this is what is going on
Behind our backs today
Ways to much more slaughtering
Of whales I have to say
We cannot afford to fall asleep
For the cetaceans of this world
Are up against the monsters
Who it seems to have been hurled
Into the pot of profit
And whales can make them dough
Seals and fish have loads of oil
And farming as we know
Can be great for fish feed
Of that is what they hope
For me I hope they hang themselves
On the longest strongest rope
