Louise

From the barbers to the beautiful
Incognito yes she cried
Glasses hat a lovely smile
And it all came from inside
A light force so remarkable
On a dull and cloudy day
There she was that lady
When she waved what can I say
Thoughtfulness apparent
A reflection from before
The chilli plants
The photography
The yoga, was there more?
Deliberative and

reflective
A prayer for her this day
I am thinking
I am hoping
That soon it will fade away

Stay warm
Avoid ice cold drinks
Ice cream especially
Highly spiced foods
And tropical juices
