Pigs in Mexican slaughterhouses

a total lack of respect
And insensitivity
Unconcern and a total lack of care
Unconscious to their feelings unemotional and passionless
Hard bitten and hard boied
And unaware

Grief and sadness mournfulness and misery
Heaped upon them prostrate with despair
Tormenting them and leaving them angst ridden
Downtrodden martyred wounded and unfair
Harassing them their wailing hearts so obvious
The barbarism that we show abroad
We humiliate with our brashness and our tyranny
Our shamelessness and flagrancy a pace
We are entirely hostile to these angels of the trough
Rancorous and a complete disgrace

We hang them up and murder them together
Each sees each feels the detestation there
Its hateful and its odious to watch them as they die
The wrathfulness we conjur and the anger we apply
These poor pigs suffer terror and resentment
A lack of pity a heartlessness as well
Stony hearted having no compassion
Transporting them and leaving them in hell
