Extinction dulls the memory

Violent vandalism
A paroxysm of pain
A cataclysmic tremor
That lodges in one’s brain
The destruction of those wild souls
Given free reign to be here
To create such total turmoil
Such struggling kicking fear

The turbulent the tumultuous
The troublous the disturbed
Mad with rage and anger
Where culture isnt curbed
The headstrongs blustering ferociousness
Frenetically displays
A true collective genius
To excellently erase

The spirit to destroy it
Wipe it off the face and see
A complete obliteration
Extinction actually
Total eradication
An annihilating force
Dressed up in tradition
From a adversarial source

The negative persuasion
The profundity of power
Clearing the highest hurdle
They have proved now how
Any explanation if complex coud be the key
Can be accorded and achnowledged
And stand with history

What has been a misadventure
Serendipity
A sweepstake of decision
The improbability
Long odds but a safe bet
If the rich are so prepared
To penetrate the psyche
Of everyone who cared

To go into the complex
The power behind the throne
With all its undercurrents
And what was always known
Prepared to bring into being
the risk to underwrite
What chance would a wild soul have
Except to just take flight

The last earth the last battle
Perpetuity
Uninterrupted slaughter
Beyond the imagery
An ephemeral excitement
The meteoric rise
Bursting like a bubble
To its inevitable demise

As the dodo in some dusty tome
Or some mammoth bones that we
Stir up in some landfill
Only then maybe
Will the fox and perhaps the badger
Come back into our sphere
Of influence and memory
That it did once, thrive here
