DOLPHINS Shot in Italy

The pollutants of sanity
Clearly regress
In fishermans minds
The undoubted stress
Of a reduced catch
In the marrow of mean
And the cause and effect
That is mostly obscene

Fish for some reason
Will not swim in our nets
Will not hang on our lines
Despite all our debts
The matrix of maximization
Conclude
With the death of the dolphins
However crude

Eternity engages every thought
Such ravages really though clearly were sought
A chaotic state exists in turmoil
As the white horses gallop in surf that does boil
The currents are heavy the catches are low
POllutions unreal here
The low fish yields show

Its not the dolphins
Nature is sure
She prescribes each bounty
She does know what its for
The thrashing and dredging is causing such pain
And so many victims its really insane

Shooting the dolphins
Is a pastime for fools
Its based on such ignorance
When arrogance calls the ego to surface
Pretending to know
What is actually happening
Deep down below.
