Existence
Its was my giveness
An actuality
The sea ice and the icy winds
And glaciars that be
Out there all around me
A positiveness
I Knew it formed the bedrock
Of my life beside the sea

With a great abundance of seals and fish
All of it Just there
With my fantastic hearing
And my weight i was born to share
And my undying spirit
Was an eternity for love for sll around us
Our historicity

grounded in the physical
Existing as before
Evolving to the present
An emptiness and more
The ice now quickly melting
Warmer now by far
Noticably less food to eat
Though i follow every star

I can walk for days on end
And never see a seal
And of course I feel exhausted
For me all this is real
Its not some media video
Its real life and I am here
Apparently my endowment
Ahead of me just fear
My woolly coat is thinning
My paws are very sore
Depression is rhe keyword
Something I cant ignore

I cant make out this phenomena
Of why my world appears
To be changing to be warming up
My eyes are full of tears
My gut is really empty
What am I to do
I am swimming more than ever
But completely clueless too

Its unfathomable its measureless
The distances I go
Clearly immortality
Is no longer on show
Its never ending stress for me
In everything I do
I really cannot make it out
I am I’m clueless to

Think about my future
There is no where else to go
What is to be my destiny
I really do not know
Ships come here and drilling rigs
And workmen in the sea
Its really very frightening
So frightening for me

Yes I am fierce and a predator
But my strength is leaving me
Everything about me aches
Even the icy sea
feels rough
Around my threadbare fur
I dont know what to do
The whole world is now changing
And I rhink its down to you

You humans in your ivory towers
And the methane clouds and waste
The CO2 and the gases rhe acidity
Thats graced
The atmosphere above our heads
Thats torturing us all so
And still you want to drill for oil
And gas now here,nyou know

I am just a polar bear
Living on the caps
I can stand the arctic cold
Better than you chaps
But what you lot are doing
Is ruining this place
Its all down to your fucking greed
You are all one big disgrace
