From my window at CAT North Wales

The mountains tree lined summits
All partnered with the sky
Producing a dance of vibrancy
That the light does underlie
A blueness breaking through the cloud
To tantalise and thrill
The vital leaf hues contrast
As sublimely they do
Nature is abundance
It’s a feeling to be true
The sun picks out the pigments
The light, the shade the view

It excites the child within us
To create and illustrate
The wisdom of each moment
For we should contemplate
PeRhaps our own existence
On this vital coil
With each miracle above our heads
Our feet planted on the soil

We are living organisms
Able to perceive
The wondrous world around us all
And why all of us believe
