Rosemary

My Rosemary is happy
She flowers abundantly
Frilly lacey ballerina’s
Dance in front of me
Clinging to her evergreen
Spindles, rock and roll
On a May breeze afternoon
Starring in the role
Of the leading lady Rosemary
Your heady scent gives me
Protection in my garden
And does so infinitely
A specimen without a doubt
For me with such acclaim
So Stalwart in stature
And worthy of your name
