Hills

I am in unchartered territory
In a boat that once was holed
The wind was always treacherous
And I feel rather old
My legs ache and my arms ache
And I ache in my heart
Tears fall far too easily now
And I don’t know where to start

I met that someone years ago
Our chemistry was nil
I loved her I was certain
But really that big hill
Apparently was impossible
But the hill was not it, for I
Was the problem yes it was me
And I now no thats no lie

The paint is a bit flaky
Thats a bit like me
Another birthday under my belt
And I am HER story

One she will forget about
Put it far away
GOOD will hunting
ROBIN WILLIAMS and MATT DAMON
To you both I say

You too made me cry
