Wolves and dogs

Apparently wolf dogs
Are dangerous
On Vargas Island
We hear
The wild wolves
Are becoming a nuisance
For hybrids have
Started to appear

Thats wolves that mate
With dogs around them
Or wolf cubs that humans
Do try
To raise in their homes
Thinking they would be different
And the traits that they have
Won’t apply

But reality tells different stories
The wolf dog can change on a nod
From a domestic hound when no ones around
To really a bit of a sod
Unlike the pure wolf who tends to
Leave human beings alone
The wolf dog will come and be near you
And will bite humans through to the bone

On Vargas Island in Canada
These hybrids attack people who
Kayak or track across country
They can become wolf dinner too
On the beach they now take out the seal pups
Messing with genetic codes
Humans are arrogant ignorant creatures
And changes are making inroads

Its changing the habits of creatures
Nobody knows where they stand
It might be a wolf or a wolf dog
Neither these days can be grand
If anything wolf dogs are all over the place
So should you be tracking about
Be on your guard for you may end up scarred
Or dead don’t be in any doubt.

Dogs have curled tails
Wolves tails are straight
As to traits I guess you better pray
You will nit out run
So if you are hunting
I hope karma gets you okay
