Charged with hoarding animals
In a poor condition
A really sad story which is very clear
36 snakes 6 horses 6 donkeys
1 rat 1 ferret and 1 little cat
All have been found to be
Starving and traumatised
This is the charge and where they are at

As to the reason its not come to light yet
But all of these sweet souls at least now
Should be
Given some sustenance to get them over
What is for all of them a tragedy

Humans are really strange as to behaviour
Taking in animals letting them be
Hungry it goes against all we imagine
And inflicting such pain we should never see
There is no reward for the torture of wild souls
Its a very mean thing that some do in this life
Whatever happens now hopefully these souls
Will be lifted now out of their terrible strife

And these two perpetrators for whatever reason
Are handed a sentence that will make them see
Causing such suffering to innocent earthlings
Must expect a punishment accordingly
Not just simple fines but a kick in the bottom
A wake up call that hits the spot so to say
The victims are innocent they did no wrong
In the long run must never pay
