I want you to imagine what its like
To know that you
Have been bombed using the atom
And how clueless you were too
And you a child now growing up
In japan how do you feel
With fukushima at your door.
Also very real
Radioactive water pouring daily
To the sea
Polluting all the fish you eat
And damaging your qi
Your parents are kept in the dark
Your government deems this
You are fed on whale meat
Someone’s taking the piss
You know deep down that whale meat
Is not a healthy food
But its handed out to all the schools
But you know it is crude
You have heard of minamata
More deaths more agony
And in many ways you wonder
How can this all be
You wear the ring the controlling ring
Like the poor bull in his field
Are you as brainwashed as they think
Or do you want to build
Create a world where understanding
Topples all the doubt
And are you in a society
That knows what its about
You know about the mercury
And the PCB’s
You know about the cadmium
And the radiation freeze
You know the laws prohibit
People talking about it all
And you know you have to eat
It
Which isn’t exactly cool
Choice is not available
You do what you are told
You are allocated a life
And it appears so cold
Hard in fact to many
But deep down you agree
Killing all these dolphins as they do
Now in Taiji
And its
sickening to think about
When you know the mercury
Is damaging the dolphins
Its out there in the sea
And of course you know it accumulates
And is growing everyday
And still we are forced to consume it
Knowing what they say
Is not correct and are facing
Social engineering
High tech manipulation
Which isn’t that endearing
In many ways as children
We are abandoned thats how we feel
Our parents are so ignorant
They dare not see whats real
The education system
Is built around control
But in essence we are a people
Who really do have soul
But outside of our borders
Others fail to see
That we the Japanese children
Are part of humanity
We all really are children
Manipulated by
Our governments in turn manipulated
Which my friends is why
We cry alone we suffer alone
We know the score
Cancer here is rising
Like it never did before
We never asked to come here
We just arrived and we
Are children very much like you
Hoping one day we will be free
