Mary had a little lamb but only for 60 seconds

Born so sweet mum so relieved
But taken straight away
Picked up by one leg and dragged
Nobody to say
But thats a little baby
Why drag a soul that way
Bumping across the dirty ground
Why make a baby pay

Tossed into a muddy truck
And trodden on by those
Packing them for transport
For sale I do suppose
Hanging them up by their feet
So upside down they be
Little eyes look to the sky
And are stunned immediately
Then someone cuts their tiny throats
And the rainbow bridge they see

Life was over in sixty seconds
Creation has worked well
But this my friends is the Meat trade
And there its sell sell sell
All sorts of little babies
Are dispatched accordingly
Lambs and suckling pigs and veal
They all have to be

Murdered it is infanticide
Babies for the chop
Human beings are despicable
When they go into shop
They demand the freshness of a lamb
Thats a baby sheep you see
Torn away from its mothers heart
And sent to eternity
