There are always people out there
Ready to break the law
Ready to go against the rest
Or openly ignore
Take whaling its imperative
That they are allowed to be
Left alone to live their lives
In complete harmony
There are three nations sadly
Who have said they will not abide
For them the killing must go on
Blood lust on the tide
Since 1986 these nations
Carried on and killed
Some 30,000 whales their blood
Still has been spilled
japan states its for science
And paints research upon their ships
And they hunt in the whales sanctuaries
On their infamous trips
Chased by sea shepherds angels
Who have showed them up to be
Murderers for certain
Pariahs actually
Norway says she’s objected
From the moment it was banned
She needs to kill the whales and spill
Their blood across the land
Its part of the norwegian diet
And its essential that whales die
And they will go on killing them
All the while there is a sky
An evil bunch of bastards
Thats, if you ask me
They know the threats now out there
Complete improbity
They don’t possess a conscience
They are a good for nothing lot
Not a country I would visit
Definitely not!
And then of course there is Iceland
Where whales watching is seen
So whilst they admit to the scenic beauty
Quietly they are mean
Hunting whales in the shadows
And towing them back to port
Its not what tourists want to see
Nobody had thought
It still went on the oceans
Were a troubled polluted place
And the great whales they were suffering
The vagaries of space
The evil that is man un kind
Who dumps his shit into
The ocean and the notion
That its hidden in the blue
Its the sweep it under the carpet
Syndrome
That little boys have done
For centuries till heaps were found
Where there wasn’t none
And these beautiful souls must live there
In this filthy mess
And we still go and hunt them
We still do transgress
All the countries should be stopped
Boycott all they do
Do not become a tourist
Tell them you are true
To your hearts and their behaviour
Is sinful to be sure
And you will really sincerely
Not knock on their door
Fin and minke Brydes and sperm
Sei and humpbacks they
All form part of the 30,000
That have been blown awAy
By these rotten renegades
30,000 whales
who should still be swimming
In the sea
Along their chosen trails
But instead they have been slaughtered
Sent to kingdom come
Riddled with the mercury
And PCB’s so numb
They were but still were sacrificed
Harpooned shot away
They filled the oceans with their blood
Each on that fated day
Remember please remember
The countries numbered three
Who make all sorts of excuses
Just so that they be
Carrying on their murdering methods
Their amorality
Flagrant scandalous hunting
For me iniquity
