Good morning Vietnam
Remember that i am sure you do
So I have a new title
Taiji I replace for you
Basically I am telling
Broome and those other towns
In Australia and elsewhere
Where a hideous bunch of clowns
Is slaughtering the wild life
Almost everyday
Devastating their family life
And leading to decay
Their brilliance and their splendour
The loveliness and grace
So we are going to threaten them
And to drive them at a pace
We of course are the hideous ones
The fisherman of Taiji
With our banging pipes
And perpetual gripes
This is where we be
We watch these affectionate earthlings
With their understanding, they
Are passionate and unctuous
In every single way
Effusive and impressive
Look how they really care
But we are here to slaughter them
Their beautiful lives to share
Our insouciance and unconsciousness
Of course is where we are at
Lets confuse them let us frighten them
And we will never bat
An eyelid let them suffer
Let them lament and cry
Some can go to sea world
And the others all can die
And let us do it slowly
A sharp spike in their spine
These souls can really feel this pain
And For us that is divine
We want to make them feel it
We want to hurt them so
The cove and all that nonsense
Its really been a blow
We cannot stand to see this
The dolphins getting press
We need to shock them rotten
And give them lasting stress
We are an unhappy people
And seeing all this joy
It really does upset us all
And, makes us employ
The most torturous methods
Let them feel the pain
And lets kill them in front of the others
Lets see them cry in vain
For there is no hope for dolphins
Not coming near japan
We eat them despite the mercury
And our pets do too
The plan
Is make some extra compost
Some fertiliser too
A dead dolphin is a good dolphin
Remember that is true
Sea shepherds and the activists
Are out in force today
We love the beloved dolphins
And we want to allay
Their fears their panic stricken lives
But the small men of Taiji
Want to slaughter them out of hand
Believing them to be
The rodents of the ocean
The terror of the tides
Under the tarps close to the cove
Is where the victim hides
Some will dash their bodies
Against the rocks ahead
Some will just cry inwardly
Until sadly they are dead
Every single morning
This battle cry should be
Spread across the air waves
And right across the sea
Taiji men are coming
The dolphins they are lost
At least 2000 in a season
Is to be the cost
But generally all around Japan
Some 18Ooo more
Stop the slaughter in the water
We don’t want anymore
But the Japanese are adamant
Dolphins have to go
And they have to die egregiously
For us to want to know
