Misogyny

The truth is out there
In all of us
In the realms of light and dark
A paralysis of judgement
A temporary place to park
Convenient for the memories
And to hopefully make our mark
The clues in our sub consciousness
Some latent desires
A vacuous emotion
With all those savage fires
That burn into our being
Scarring permanently
Trapping us
Degrading us
Which is tragically
Indicative of misogyny
It’s of the faith we feel
Thrown into the fires of Hell
Which then does reveal
No light nothing ever left
But darkness, comfortless
Mummification so bereft
Our femininity
Equilibrium untold
Androgynous persuasion
And our glitter of pure gold
