garnets for lunch

The richness of the garnet
And the snow geese in the sky
As the sun sets over
gaddesden
Such wondrous spirits fly

The evening blush of sunlight
A mantle flushed with fire
A rubescence of red poppies
Each bloom there to desire

She opens up her wooden gate
Clad in her woollen top
Pink and red and black
Her radiance doesn’t stop

Sable hair and shining
And burts balm shimmering lips
To have not seen you for 12 whole days
I felt I’d had my chips

Lesions deep within my heart
Opened and were free
To see your face just one more time
It just did things for me

dear goddess such an amazing soul
Who’s dressed in constancy
Easily the most beautiful
Women that ever I could see

Thanks for spending a couple of hours with me today
